“Can I call my dad? Can I get a phone call? Is that okay?”
She continuously ignored police’s instructions and challenged them to prove to her that she had been driving drunk.
“I would really enjoy if I could just go home and figure this out,” she told officers at one point.
As her requests to “just go home” kept getting ignored, she slouched on her chair at one point and muttered to herself: “I hope my rental car is okay”.
At one point in the video, a police officer reminds her she is crying on camera, to which she responds by looking at the camera and saying: “Hello, hi camera! Yeah, I’m crying because he’s not letting me call my f**king father even though they haven’t proven s**t, and don’t have any right for me to be able to contact my family or anyone that I want to.”

At the end of 2024, Komoroski pleaded guilty to reckless homicide, felony DUI causing death, and two counts of felony DUI causing great bodily injury.
The court found she had been driving with three times the legal alcohol limit in her blood when she crashed into the decorated golf cart that transported newlyweds Samantha Miller and Aric Hutchinson. She was driving at more than 100km/h in a 40km/h zone.
Miller died at the scene, still in her wedding dress. Hutchinson survived but suffered multiple fractures and severe brain injuries.
Komoroski was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
