Super Rugby Pacific chief executive Jack Mesley said the Super Round was Super Rugby Pacific’s “greatest show”.
“We are excited to be bringing it back for 2027, bigger and better than ever,” he said.
“In 2026 we proved we could deliver an outstanding event, and we know fans will be clamouring for passes.”
On Friday, April 2, the Crusaders will take on the Brumbies at 7.30pm.
There are two games on Saturday, April 3, with the Chiefs playing the Western Force at 5.05pm followed by the Blues and New South Wales Waratahs at 7.35pm.
On Sunday, the Highlanders will play Fijian Drua at 2pm, before the Hurricanes play the Queensland Reds at 4.30pm.
The upcoming Super Round will also offer travel and hospitality packages through Sports Travel and Hospitality, the event’s exclusive travel and hospitality partner.

At Super Round 2026, 11 Super Rugby Pacific teams played from April 24-26.
The first match was Crusaders v Waratahs on April 24, played before a sell-out crowd.
The five-match programme drew sell-out crowds across its three days, with more than 73,000 attendances reported for the event, with more than 42,000 of them being unique attendees.
Of the domestic attendees, 16,570 were from outside Christchurch and almost 4000 others were international visitors, from countries including the US, the UK and Australia.
It was the first time the round has been held in New Zealand after previous editions in Melbourne from 2022 to 2024.
Super Round 2026 also marked the opening of Christchurch’s One New Zealand Stadium.

Fans were eager to finally get a peek inside the $683 million venue.
Construction on the stadium began in April 2022, making it the largest project undertaken by Christchurch City Council.
About 4000 people contributed to the build, delivering about 2.4 million work hours.
