Motibhai Group of Companies, in collaboration with the non-governmental organisation (NGO) Nasinu Junior Chamber, will be conducting a month-long community awareness and campaign for World Oral Health Day which falls on March 20, 2024.

A $25,000 financial support has been secured through Unilever International, owners of world-renowned toothpaste brand Pepsodent, as Motibhai Group are the official distributor of Pepsodent in Fiji.

Motibhai Group marketing and business development manager Abraham Gomes said the outreach programs would be conducted in four villages, namely Kalabu Village in Nasinu, Colo-i-Suva Village in Tamavua, and Kuku Village and Raralevu Village in Tailevu.

The outreach team will include dentists and support stuff from the Fiji National University School of Dentistry, that will be conducting free dental check-ups.

Around 4000 packs of Pepsodent toothpaste and toothbrushes will also be distributed among the four villages.
