Sky News host Peta Credlin says everyone wants to do the right thing by young people but agreeing to “irreversible” surgical and chemical changes to teenagers should be questioned.
“I asked the question that parents I think are asking right across the country,” Ms Credlin said.
“Everyone wants to do the right thing by young people, but does that mean agreeing to irreversible chemical and surgical changes to teenagers who might just be confused or unsure about who they are and how best they fit in.
“This is the debate we’ve been having now for almost a decade since radical gender ideology has crept into Australia.”
Ms Credlin sat down with Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Consultant Doctor George Halasz to discuss doctors being concerned over gender care.
