Fiji Television Limited has announced the resignation of FJTV Board independent director Gurmindar Kaur effective from December 20.
FTV said Ms Kaur resigned due to personal reasons.
Ms Kaur was appointed as an independent director on May 3, 2019.
FTV acknowledged her contributions to the board of directors and the entire organisation.
FTV Board of Directors includes Nesbitt Hazelman (Chairperson), Josua Satavu, Deepak Rathod, Ajai Punja, Nitesh Lal, and Seini Nabou.
The company was listed on the South Pacific Stock Exchange on April 24, 1997.
There is no word yet on any possible replacement for Ms Kaur’s seat on the board of directors.
