The final ever popular two men 18 holes Ambrose event of 2023 will take centre stage at the Lautoka Golf links course this Saturday.

The event is generously sponsored by Engineering Power Solutions (Fiji) Pte Limited, it will be all fireworks as all the past champion teams will be all out to nail the final Ambrose event of 2023.

Past champions includes the likes of formidable multiple winners; Daven Mudaliar/Reginal Ram, Manwal Ajay/Caleb Jeremaiah, Asish Kumar/Vinesh Murthi, Abdul Jalal/Zabir Ali, Lawrence Naidu/Gaffar Ali, Aariz Khan/Adeel Khan, Bobby Reddy/Daniel Kumar, Bharat Ram/Kelvin Ram, Sanjay Krishna/Mohd Shariff, Zabir Ali/Chandar Shekar, Mohammed Shariff/ Abdul Naushil, Dennis Singh/Maika Kasami, Sajid Khan/Abdul Khan and Shiva Rajan/ Chong Lee.

In form James Krishna and Raymond Singh will want to make it a hat-trick of wins to conclude the 2023 Ambrose event.

Lautoka Golf Club chairman of Trustees, Raymond Singh has commended new members Abhinesh Dass and Rajiv Lal for their tremendous efforts in arranging for the many weekly competition sponsors alongside the nine holes Chicken Run events.

“Hat’s off to our club president Chong Lee for making sure that the all-important Club championship and 2023 season closing will be the icing on the cake to end a successful year,” Singh said.

The 2023 Club Championship is again sponsored by Philip’s Autoport Pte Ltd.

Tournament coordinator Dass has confirmed four top team prizes, juniors, newcomers and junior kaji categories alongside a host of novelty prizes to conclude the last Ambrose event of 2023.

All players to nominate their playing partner before Tee-off from 12.15pm-1.15pm.
