A giant LNG tanker called the CESI Qingdao has been stranded for a week.
The vessel is stuck at the Australian Pacific LNG Terminal in Gladstone.
The ship holds a capacity of 174,000 cubic metres of liquid gas but has not moved in a week.
The stranded tanker has raised concerns of a potentially dangerous situation.
Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood says the liquid gas on board must remain in a liquid state otherwise an environmental disaster would ensue.
