Another post read: “The tension between who you actually are and what the world around you was willing to see has been exhausting in a way that is hard to explain to people who have not lived it. Your confidence took hits it had no business taking.
“You questioned your creative direction, your spotlight, your worth.
“April 25th, the pressure lifts. You get the space to just exist without fighting for it.”
The 44-year-old stepped down from royal life in early 2020, before moving to California with Prince Harry and their son, Prince Archie, who is now 6.
Since then, the couple have sustained a number of blows, including being dropped by Netflix and Spotify following multi-million-dollar deals and a raft of resignations from their own staff.
This month, the Duke and Duchess faced further criticism over their so-called “quasi-royal tour” in Australia.
The couple were accused of treating the country “like an ATM” by the Sydney Morning Herald, while the Duchess herself reportedly spent just two hours with female fans who paid as much as £1700 ($3912) to ask her questions and pose for pictures at a luxury beachfront hotel in Sydney.
The Duchess also told crowds in Melbourne she had been “the most trolled woman in the world”.
Addressing young people working for Batyr, a mental health charity, the couple discussed the negative effects of social media.
The Duchess compared the addictive power of “rampant” social media platforms to heroin, adding: “Every day for 10 years, I have been bullied or attacked, and I was the most trolled woman in the entire world”.
The original post was published by astrologer Kristina Antuna, who describes herself as “your ride or die astrologer”.
Her Instagram account, which has 180,000 followers, is billed as “astrology for hot (mess) people”.
Explaining the post, Antuna wrote in a caption: “Uranus in Taurus has dealt Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius with some of the toughest years of their lives”.
She went on: “So when Uranus entered Taurus, everything that you were [sic] relied upon, whether that was a job, a spouse, even your faith, was tested and flipped upside down over and over these last seven years.
“It’s been unsettling and I’m sure that what you valued in 2019 is not what you value now. Or at least it looks a lot different.”
The post concluded: “But on April 25, Uranus leaves Taurus. This is the end of a seven year cycle of radical change for these signs. You will finally settle into the version of who you became through all this change.”
Celebrating the fact her post had been shared by the Duchess, Antuna wrote: “The Queen herself has been public proof of this transit… here’s to reigning again”.
The Duchess usually uses her account to share personal family photographs of her family as well as posts about her lifestyle brand As Ever.
