At this Greville Street eatery in the former Ladro TAP space, the menu rolls four pasta dishes and a lengthy list of snacks and salumi into the package, while the bar program is a big focus. There are also 10 pizza options on offer.
French-born chef Thibault Boggio, whose father is Italian, draws on his heritage with a white ragu of duck and speck, lasagne, a prawn and zucchini pizza inspired by a Campanian pasta and bomboloni.
Rossi’s Wednesday gnocchi night is soundtracked by live jazz, hip-hop and neo-soul, while your gnocchi choices are threefold – wagyu beef ragu, carbonara or roasted pumpkin – and each comes with a vino from Mitchelton label Preece Wines.
