Dog of the Week: Jethro

This is a big boofhead of a dog: big paws, big personality and a big cheesy grin to match.

Jethro is a Bull Arab aged just 8 months, and honestly, he hasn’t really had the opportunity to enjoy life and be a free, curious and goofy puppy. We think you can change that!

Jethro needed to gain a lot of weight when he arrived at our shelter, but he’s done that easily. He loves treats and toys, which helps to train him as well. He’s actually quite clever and has already learned a few manners and tricks.

Jethro needs someone who can continue training him while also letting him be a puppy. His potential is enormous.

Cat of the Week: Blaze

This cat is a people lover, through and through. He’s a snuggle bug, and he won’t be shy about it.

A wonderful companion and great company, we think he’s been raised clearly with a lot of attention and love – but he also doesn’t want to share that love and being the centre of attention, so he needs to be the only cat in the house.

Blaze is only about 3.5 years old, so he’s got a long and happy life with lots of love to share if you have the house for it.

Cuddles, snuggles and head rubs are what you’re signing up for if you adopt Blaze. What’s not to like?

Pawnotes: Special thanks to those adopters who have shown love for our adult dogs in recent weeks. Several have been adopted, and we’re always so happy and appreciative to see these dogs find forever homes.
