Video filmed by X user @Casiox on December 17 shows an uprooted tree in Ingeniero Maschwitz, a suburb of Buenos Aires. The National Weather Service of Argentina warned of “severe thunderstorms, heavy rain gusts and occasional hail fall” in multiple areas of Buenos Aires Province.
