There’s nothing like ham at Christmas, but the baked leg is getting old.
For something more suited to a Kiwi Christmas – at the beach or by the barbie – carve a hunk off the traditional Christmas cut to create the ultimate ham steak.
There’s no need to worry about scoring the fat or studding it with cloves, just get the barbecue nice and hot, prepare a glaze and you’re good to go. Watch the video above to see how it’s done.
