Former New South Wales Roads and Women’s Safety minister Natalie Ward has won the deputy leadership position of the Liberals.
MPs met yesterday – voting to overturn a rule which previously prohibited upper house MPs, like Ms Ward, from running as deputy leader.
Ms Ward beat Liberal MP Wendy Tuckerman for the role by 27 votes to eight.
