Former US president Donald Trump’s charges will likely “bleed into the election” as it’s set to drag on at a low-level intensity, according to Republican strategist John Jordan.
Mr Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.
Mr Jordan said there may be a motion to dismiss the case between now and the 2024 presidential election.
